Situations where it should be legal to punch someone

Those of you that know me know that I'm a Lover (an exceptional one at that) not a Fighter, however there are times when even me, a man full of good spirit and charm thinks it is acceptable to give someone a good old fashioned smack in the cake hole.
Of course you have things like Paedophiles and other criminals, but there are some serious situations too:
Half and Half scarf wearers/sellers
People that don't wave when you let them across a zebra crossing
When someone replies 'I'm sweet enough already' when you ask if they want sugar
Cahiers who put a receipt in your hand with the change on top
People in Crocs
People that say I'm a Lover not a Fighter
Tynan
A situation where it will get a laugh from onlookers

Agree with cashiers who put a receipt (or notes) in your hand with the coins on top
Also, women (always women) who wait until they get to the front of the queue before getting their cash or card out of their purse to pay for something.
Also, people who don't indicate left (when they're turning left) at mini roundabouts.
